摘    要:为了有效确定水泥稳定碎石在工程中达到冲刷量设计标准的最佳材料组成,采用灰色系统理论方法,选取集料分形维数、水泥28d砂胶强度、水泥剂量、含水量为建模参数,建立了基于灰色系统理论的水泥稳定碎石28d冲刷量预测模型,并给出骨架密实和悬浮密实2种结构的水泥稳定碎石28d冲刷量预测模型简化式。适用性验证表明:2种结构的水泥稳定碎石冲刷量预测值和实测值的相对误差均较小,说明基于灰色理论的水泥稳定碎石预测模型可以较为准确地预测其28d冲刷量值。

Abstract:In order to determine the optimum material composition to satisfy the design criteria of erosion in the project,gray system theory was applied to predict the value of erosion of cement-stabilized macadam material,the fractal dimension of aggregate,28 d strength of cement mortar,cement dosage and water dosage were selected as modeling parameter,the erosion predict model of cement-stabilized macadam was established,and the simplified formulae of the 28 d erosion predict model for two different kinds of structure of cement stabilized macadam were proposed,which are suspend-dense structure and framework-dense structure respectively.Applicability tests show that the error of the predict value with measured value is small,that indicates the 28 d erosion predict model of cement stabilized macadam is reasonable.3 tabs,6 figs,10 refs.
