PP333对马铃薯茎,叶解剖结构的影响

摘    要:在现蕾期用 PP333喷施马铃著,十余天后观察叶片和茎的解剖结构.结果表明:PP333能使叶片增厚6.13%,栅栏细胞的叶绿体直径变小,栅栏组织与海绵组织比值增加、叶绿素含量提高7.25%,同时,PP333抑制茎的各部分细胞的伸长生长.

Abstract:Potato plants(Solasum tuberosum L.)cv.Taishan No.1 are trcatcd with, 100 PPm growth rctardant PP333 aqueous solution as a liquid spray.Ten-twelve days after treatment,the anatomical structures of blade and stem areobserved with optical microscope.The results obtained are as follows:1.By applicating PP333,the thickness of blade increases 6.13%,diameter ofpalisade parenchyma is less that of the control,the radio of palisade tis-sue to spongy one decreases.2.Compared with the control,the number ofchlorophyll increases in the mesophyll.3.PP333 causes reduction of elonga-tion growth of the various stem colls.
