| Abstract: | It is pointed out in this paper that to train creative personnels is the essential task for higher education of our country. To fulfil the task, all the teaching aims, contents, and models in all courses should be reformed deeply in all aspects, and on the basis of these, the assessments should be reformed and the student evaluation system should be reestablished. |
