| 摘 要： | 运用文献、调查、数理统计等研究方法，对苏州市外资企业职工的体育需求现状进行调查与分析,结果显示：强身健体是外资企业职工参与健身行为的第一需求；其次为缓解工作压力、娱乐休闲,而不同年龄、不同性别、不同文化程度的苏州市外资企业职工的体育需求义有所不同．

| Abstract: | Using the research method of literature,survey as well as mathematical statistic,carries on the investigation and analysis of the Suzhou foreign capital enterprise staff's sports demand present situation.Result demonstration that,building body is the foreign capital enterprise staff participates in the healthy body behavior the first need,next,for alleviates the working pressure,the entertainment leisure,but the disparity in age,the different sex,the different years of schooling foreign capital enterprise staff's sports demand also has differently. |
