苏云金杆菌噬菌体的形态及感染特性

从苏云金杆菌厂发酵裂解液中分离得到一株苏云金杆菌噬菌体ＫＰ－１．电镜观察表明，该噬菌体结构较为复杂，头部呈多面体，衣壳里六角形，在见并具有收缩性尾鞘，尾部末端呈扁平膨大基片．其寄生范围与其它“ＢＴ”噬菌体不同，具有非常广泛的寄主，专一性不明显，同时对噬菌体ＫＰ－１感染敏感菌株１８７的特性作了具体分析．

one vhage of Bacillus thuringiensis signed KP-1, was isolated from the fermentative phagolysates in. BT.factory.The structure of the phage observed by TEM was complex.It had a polyhedral head,a hexagonal capsid and a straight tail with contractility tailsheath.Furthermore,there was a complanate varlcose base plate in the end of the tall. Its hostspecificity,was not strict and its hostrange was wide which was very different from other phages of Bacillus thuringlensis.We also studied the characteristics of the Strain 187 that Was sensitive to phage KP-1.
