摘    要:制备了相关模型化合物 ,应用化学分析、NMR分析方法进行鉴定 ,提出结构加成水解法合成二聚环戊二烯改性不饱和聚酯的反应机理 .合成反应过程中 ,二聚环戊二烯降冰片环上的9、10双键与顺丁烯二酸的羧基在H+存在下发生加成反应 ,生成顺丁烯二酸—DCPD酯 .在合成反应过程中二聚环戊二烯是端基封闭剂 ,无Diels -Alder加成反应发生

Abstract:Some related model compounds were prepared and investigated by means of chemical analysis and NMR method, and the reaction mechanism of synthetic dicyclopentadiene modified unsaturated polyesters by structure addition hydrolysis method is also proposed. In synthesis reaction process first maleic anhydride is hydrolysed to maleic acid, and then in presence of H + the reaction of 9, 10 double bond on norbornene ring of dicyclopentadiene with a carboxyl group in maleic acid takes place to form maleic acid-DCPD ester, and cause the group to be inactive. Finally the reaction of ring opening esterification and condensation polymerization occurs. In the synthetic reaction process dicyclopentadiene is a terminal group sealing agent, and there is no Diels-Alder addition reaction taking place.
