| 摘 要： | 为了研究热量限制对大鼠血脂和脂联素含量的影响,将20只SD雄性大鼠,随机分为对照组（自由采食）和热量限制组（正常对照组摄食量的60%）.实验共持续28周.28周末,各组大鼠腹主动脉采血测定生化指标和脂联素含量.结果表明,热量限制能够将大鼠血液总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量分别降低19.10%和2.33%,但差异均不显著（P〉0.05）;热量限制能够将大鼠血清脂联素含量提高54.04%,将大鼠血浆脂联素含量提高83.15%（P〈0.05）.结论：热量限制能够降低大鼠血脂并显著提高血液中脂联素含量.

| Abstract: | To investigate effects of caloric restriction （CR） on the content of blood lipids and adiponectin in rats, 20 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into ad libitum （AD） group and CR group （60% intake of ad group）. The test lasts for 28 weeks. At the end of the test, blood sample were collected from abdominal aortic of all the rats. Then blood lipids and adiponectin were detected. Compared with the AD, blood total cholesterol and triglyceride were decreased by 19.10% and 2.33%, respectively, but the difference were not significant （P〉0.05）; serum adiponeetin and plasma adiponectin were increased by 54.04% and 83.15% （P〈0.05）. The results showed that caloric restriction could decrease blood lipids content and significantly increase blood adiponectin in rat. |
