摘    要:FAST(Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope,500 m口径球反射面射电望远镜)是我国正在贵州建设的重大科学项目,建成后将成为世界上最大的单口径射电望远镜.其中FAST馈源一次支撑测量精度要求17 mm,将采用GPS-RTK与全站仪两种测量方式,本文主要通过实测数据分析FAST台址洼地环境对GPS-RTK测量精度造成的影响,并根据FAST台址地形图和馈源舱的运行轨迹制定相应的解决方案.

Abstract:Abstract: Spores of AM fungi were cultivated in vitro and the germination rate of the spores was measured under different culture media, pH and temperature. The results showed that the highest germination rate was observed in the medium of pH 6.0, whilst spore germination would be inhibited by too high or too low pH. AM fungi stored in the soil for two months were the most favorable for spore germination. Medium supplemented with synthetic plant hormone GR24 had a very significant effect on spore germination, with the highest germination rate under the con- centration of 450 pg/L. Low concentration of spermine could increase the number of growing points on the sporal mycelia, therefor improving spore germination. But spore germination was inhibited when the concentration of spermine was higher than 40 mg/L. Optiinum temperature for germination of spores of AM fungi was 30℃. This experiment provided important elements for the research on the culture conditions of dual culture system.
