转型背景下福建产业升级与就业结构演变研究

通过分析改革开放以来福建产业结构与就业结构的变化,计算产业结构与就业结构协调系数、就业弹性系数、结构偏离度和比较劳动生产率,对转型期的福建产业升级与就业结构演变进行了分析.研究表明：福建的产业结构和就业结构得到极大的优化;第一产业劳动力转移压力大,第二、三产业的就业空间日益缩小;产业升级与促进人口就业的联动性在增强,产业升级与就业结构日益均衡,有利于经济的持续发展和社会的稳定,但今后应继续关注技术进步与劳动就业、资本密集型产业与劳动密集型产业的关系,大力发展第三产业.

Analysis of the Evolution of Fujian Industrial Upgrading and Employment Structure Under the Background of Transformation

By analyzing the change of Fujian industrial structure and employment structure since the reform and opening up, introducing the industry structure and employment structure coordination coefficient, employment elasticity coefficient, deviation of industrial structure and comparative labor productivity, this paper analyses the change of industrial upgrading and employment structure under the background of transformation. The results show that Fujian industry structure and employment structure have been greatly optimized, the first industrial labor transfer pressure is heavy, the employment space for the second industry and the third industry is shrinking, the interaction of industrial upgrading and employment promotion become more close and balanced. However, the government should continue to pay attention to the relationship of technological progress and labor employment, capital intensive industry and labor intensive industry, and develop the third industry to promote the regional economic development and social stability.
