海南青梅中白藜芦醇类化合物及其抗肿瘤活性研究

摘    要:在活性追踪指导下,综合运用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等分离技术,从海南青梅茎乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到4个白藜芦醇类化合物.根据ESIMS、NMR波谱数据结合理化性质,并通过与文献对照,鉴定化合物的结构分别为:diptoindonesin G(1),(+)-ε-viniferin(2),hopeahainol(3)和hopeahainol C(4),化合物1为首次从该属植物中分离得到.抗肿瘤活性表明,化合物1对小鼠黑色素瘤细胞(B16F10)和人肺腺癌细胞(A549)均具有微弱的增殖抑制活性,IC50值分别为36.1,20.4μM.

Abstract:Under the guidance of bioassay, column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 were used to isolate and purify the compounds from the EtOAc extract of the stems of Vatica mangachpoi. Four resveratrol compounds were obtained and their structures were established as diptoindonesin G (1),(+)-ε-viniferin (2), hopeahainol (3), and hopeahainol C (4) on the basis of ESIMS, NMR data analysis and by comparison with spectroscopic data reported in the literature. Compound 1 was isolated from Vatica genus for the first time, which also showed weak inhibitory activities against mouse melanoma cells (B16F10) and human lung adenocarcinoma cells (A549), with ICso values of 36.1, and 20.4 μM, respectively.
