Reflection on John Stuart Mill's Restriction on Voting Right

Liberalism Jurisprudence of Law was the new contribution of John Stuart Mill to Utilitarianism.In the realization of individual and social freedom,John Mill thought that the representative government was the best form of government.The expansion of the right to vote was the basic requirements of reforms representative governments.But there was insurmountable contradictions between the liberal democratic theory and practice of representative government in John Mill's thinking of the right to vote.
