| 摘 要： | 对正态风频模型及其参数估算方法进行了详细的研究，发现该模型在平均风速偏低、中等及偏高的情况下都能比较准确地拟合实测风况的平均风速、标准基及平均风功率密度．通过几个地区实测风况的统计资料对理论计算进行检验，得到了比较满意的结果．

| Abstract: | Model of a wind speed frequency of with nomal distribution,and the estimation method of its parameters have been studied in detail,It has been found that the new model accuratly fits to the mean speed,the standard deviation and the mean power density of observed wind distribution in low speed area,middle speed and even high speed cases. Compared with the wind statistical data in some area the theoretical results are rather satisfying. |
