实验小鼠寄生虫感染监测

摘    要:对内蒙古大学实验动物研究中心的四个品系小鼠进行了寄生虫感染监测,结果检获6种寄生虫.分别为:四翼无刺线虫(Aspiculuristetraptera)、隐藏管状线虫(Syphaciaobvelata)、鼠蝇疥螨(Myocoptesmusculinus)、鼠肉螨(Myobiamusculi)、拟拉德弗螨(Radfordiaaffinis)、罗氏住毛螨(Trichoeciusromboutsi),寄生虫的感染率为100%.且所有被检小鼠均有两种以上的寄生虫感染,其感染强度也较高.就小鼠年龄、品系、性别等与寄生虫种类及感染的关系进行了讨论与分析,为防治寄生虫感染提供参考.

Abstract:Four varieties of mouse, raised in the Research Centre of dabotoary Animal Science, were detected for parasites infection. The six parasites species which were found were as follows:Aspiculuris tetraptera,. Syphacia obvelata, Myocoptes musculinus, Myobia musculi, Radfordia affinis, and Trichoecius romboutsi. The rate of infection was as high as 100%. All the mice detected were infected by two or more parasites species, and the infection was serious. A discussion and analysis were made on the raltion ship between the mouse' S age, varieties, sex and the parasites species and infectivity,in orde to offer a reference for controlling the parasites infection of labotrary mouse.
