摘    要:对Inconel 718合金O形环试样进行了压扁-回弹试验研究,考察了本构模型各参数对O形环回弹量的影响.结果表明,先前低压缩比的加载历史对O形环后继高压缩比的回弹量没有影响;温度对O形环回弹量有一定程度影响;在压缩比为6%~30%,O形环回弹量与压缩比呈抛物律关系.运用ANSYS程序的接触分析功能,基于NLISO非线性等向强化本构模型对常温下O形环压扁-回弹过程的数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好.

Abstract:To investigate the elastic and plastic properties of Inconel 718 O-ring, some tests based on small tube specimens of the alloy at elevated temperatures were carried out. The results show that the loading history with lower compressing ratios has no influence on the springback behavior of O-ring specimens and there exists a little temperature effect on the springback displacement, and the relationship between springback displacement and compressing ratio meets logarithm rule in the compressing ratio range from 6% to 30%. Based on the contact analyzing principle and Voce Nonlinear Isotropic Hardening (NLISO) constitutive model, numerical springback simulations of the O-ring specimen were performed by ANSYS software, and the simulation results have excellent agreement with the experimental results. The influences of parameters of NLISO model on the springback displacement of the O-ring were investigated.
