流体机械叶轮内二次流及尾迹发展

摘    要:利用有限体积法对N-S方程进行数值求解.模拟了离心叶轮内的粘性流动,研究了不同转速和不同流量对二次流及叶轮出口截面尾迹区的影响.研究结果表明,三维粘性流动数值模拟二次流的结果与二次流理论分析结果相一致,对于离心叶轮出口尾迹区,无论是数值大小还是区域范围都与实验结果基本符合.

Abstract:The finite volume method used to solve the N S equations is presented. The viscous flow in centrifugal impeller is researched. The influence of different rotation speed and different flow rate on the secondary flow and wake region at the outer section of impeller are studied. The secondary flow results of three dimensional viscous flow simulation agree well with the analysis of secondary flow theory. In the wake region at the exit of centrifugal impeller, not only the values but also the region scale is consistent with the experiment results.
