有杆采油系统实验教学平台

摘    要:针对有杆采油系统教学存在的课堂教学抽象,现场实习人身安全无保障,实习费用高、时间长等缺点,研制了有杆采油系统实验教学平台。该平台主要由抽油机、抽抽泵、供气系统、供液系统、示功仪和实验台等6部分组成。可演示抽油机和抽油泵的实际工作原理,通过示功图判断井下事故,进行洗井作业训练,分析各抽油机的特点及节能效果,寻求抽油机采油节能增效的方法等。利用该实验教学平台,使现场实习室内化,是实验教学的好助手。经教学验证,效果显著。
