| 摘 要： | 根据工程招投标特点，构建出不完全信息静态投标博弈模型．该模型分析结果表明，投标方只有利用工程量清单计价模式的优点，采取合理投标策略，努力提高该企业综合竞争力，才能在实现合理低价中标的同时达到利润最大化．

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of project bid, a static game model of incomplete information was developed. The analysis with the model shows that the bidder should take some rational bid tactics based on the advantage of the working model of bill of quantity and strive to improve the comprehensive competition of the enterprise so that the maximum profit and minimum risk can be achieved at a reasonable price. |
