基于ZigBee的轮胎压力监测系统设计

摘    要:给出了一款新型汽车轮胎压力无线传感器网络监测系统,由ZigBee网络设备、ICS 87N型绝压传感器、ATmega128L微控制器等低功耗元器件组成,分析了轮胎压力监测系统的组成结构及工作原理,成功解决了汽车轮胎压力检测系统存在的问题,且利用ZigBee网络,使汽车的轮胎内部安装的压力传感器和温度传感器与汽车的其他传感器集成一体组成一个无线局域网.该设计采用了高集成度电路及低功耗技术,系统具有体积小、重量轻、功耗低、抗干扰能力强和电池使用寿命长的特点,为汽车轮胎压力监测系统提供了廉价、合理的解决方案.

Abstract:A new pressure measuring the system of automobile tire based on wireless sensor networks is introduced. It is composed by the ZigBee network equipment, ICS 87N absolute vacuum sensor and ATmega128L. etc. The problems existed in pressure measurement are successfully solved by putting the sensor into the tire, and with the temperature sensor and many other sensors a networks can be constituted by using wireless ZigBee networks. By Applying the high integrated IC and low power consumption technology, the system has the characteristics such as small volume, light weight, high anti-jamming capability and long service of battery. The design provides reasonable and cheap solution for tire pressure monitoring system.
