绕板式高压容器的应力分析

摘    要:将绕板式容器看作是内筒、层筒及保护筒三者的组合体,并把绕板层筒视为一正交各向异性材料的整体筒,绕板层内部间隙和滑移引起的附加应变等效为层筒弹性系数的变化,通过理论分析与推导,得到层筒径向应力的求解方程。对一内直径为605mm绕板容器进行了应力数值计算、电测应力和爆破试验,计算值与实测值符合较好,误差小于2.7%,远比按单层简体计算精确。

Abstract:The coilayer vessel is considered as an integral composed of inner cylinder, layer cylinder and outer cylinder. The layer cylinder is taken as an integral cylinder of orthotropic material, and the additional strains induced from the clearance and slippage between winding layers are accounted for in the variation of elastic coefficients of the layer cylinder material. A differential equation for determining the radial stresses of layer cylinder is obtained through a series of theoretical analyses and derivations. A coilayer vessel of inside diameter 605 mm was numerically analyzed. Electrical measurements of stresses and bursting tests were also undertaken. The calculated results well checked with the experiments, the error is less than 2.7% and the results are more accurate than those obtained from the conventional thick cylinder calculation methods.
