| 摘 要： | 铝轮镶块翻边压槽复合模是一种结构简单、制造成本低廉的简易复合模．文章介绍了该复合模的结构特征、工作原理以及生产中出现的问题．针对模具在生产中出现的问题，提出改进措施并详细介绍了自动复位定位机构的工作原理和设计方案．

| Abstract: | Flanging and Groove - Pressing sectional compound die of aluminum wheel is a simple structure mold with low manufacturing cost. This paper describes the structural features of the compound mold, the working principle and production problems. For the mold problems in production, we propose improvements and introduced the automatic reset positioning mechanism working principle and designs. |
