摘    要:整体螺旋诱导轮结构虽然简单,但其叶片形状比较复杂,整体加工比较难.文章从诱导轮的结构、加工工艺、路轨规划及仿真加工等方面研究整体诱导轮五轴联动数控加工.

Abstract:Although the overall helical structure induced by wheel is simple, but its leaf shape is more complex, the whole process more difficult. In this paper, the overall induced five - axis CNC machining was studied from the structure of inducer, processing, rail planning, simulation of processing and other aspects.
