摘    要:应用模糊数学,分析了水面舰艇作战方案中影响任务完成的各元素的相对强度,通过各指标的比较,来建立模糊判断矩阵,根据截集和指挥员对模糊判断矩阵的满意乐观程度指标进行模糊区间运算,得出熵权,再根据熵权来决定被选择作战方案的优先级,给出了计算实例并给出各种作战方案的总体优化决策顺序,该方法对作战方案优化具有指导意义.

Abstract:The relative intensity of all kinds of factors was analyzed that affected the accomplishment of combat mission in combat programs by Fuzzy AHP method. The fuzzy estimation matrix was established by comparing with all kinds of factors. The entropy weight was figured by calculating fuzzy interval according to elements of cut set and which was commander's contentment optimism degree to fuzzy estimation matrix. Then decision-maker determined priority of combat programs to be elected. Then an example was given to calculate and a total optimization decision-making order was given to all kinds of combat programs. This judgment way takes on guidance meaning to combat programs optimization.
