| 摘 要： | 长期以来,作为对计划/项目进行评估的有效工具,变革理论为众多评估理论学家和评估者接受和认可,后也被广泛应用于对计划/项目的设计之中。本文回顾和介绍了变革理论的起源和内容,结合案例详细阐释了变革理论的构建方法,最后与逻辑模型的比较,变革理论的合理性进行了分析。

The article reviews and introduces the origin and content of the Theory and how to construct it, finally, compares with the logical model and analyzes the rationale. |
