摘    要:对一把伞南星内生细菌YBS106发酵条件进行研究,确定其最佳发酵液培养基配方和最佳发酵条件。通过杯碟法测定YBS106发酵液对棉花枯萎病原菌的抑菌作用,研究了该菌株在不同培养基,不同生长条件下的代谢产物活性。菌株YBS106的最佳生长条件为:pH7.0,28℃,发酵72 h,接种量4%,揺床转速为200 r/min。在最佳培养条件下,该菌株对棉花枯萎病菌的抑菌率可达56%。

Abstract:Study the fermentation conditions of a kind of endophytic bacteria YBS106 which was isolated from Arisaema erubescens in Emei Mount. to optimize the culture medium ingredients and the fermentation conditions. Use cylinder plate method to determine the antifungal activity of YBS106 fermenting solution against Fusarium oxysporum. It was shown that the optimal culture conditions were:medium initial pH 6.0, temperature 28~C, the inoculation 4~, cultivation time 72 h with 200 r/min rotating speed. Under the optimum fermenting solution and culture conditions, the inhibition ratio of YBS106 fermenting solution against F. oxysporum can reach to 56%.
