| Abstract: | This paper introduces the main methods for enterprise's capital operation,analyzes on the problems existing in the current capital operation of our country's enterprises,and puts forward some measures for increasing the efficiency of the capital operation such as making well the fund collecting decision,strengthening the investment restraint mechanism,speeding up the technical innovation,normalizing the capital market,and perfecting the laws and regulations system,etc. |
