| 摘 要： | 工程项目质量管理是工程项目管理工作的重要组成部分，它是工程项目从施工准备到交付使用的全过程中为保证和提高工程质量所进行的各项组织管理工作。文章从提高质量意识、实行质量管理目标、建立质量体系和制度等方面对搞好市政工程项目施工的质量管理工作进行了探讨。
