在偏流进水工况下矩形进水池三维紊流数值模拟

摘    要:进水池设计要求是为水泵提供较好的进水流态,进水池内流态的好坏主要取决于进水池结构本身及其进水条件.通过计算流体动力学方法针对偏流进水工况下开敞式矩形进水池内的三维流态进行数值模拟,并与无偏流进水工况下的流态对比分析,研究表明开敞式矩形进水池在无偏流工况下有着较好的进水流态,但是在偏流进水工况下流态恶化.

Abstract:When designing an inlet sump, the designer must ensure that good flow patterns for the pump are provided. Whether the flow patterns of an inlet sump meet the requirements lies in the structure and inlet conditions of the sump. Three-dimensional turbulent numerical simulation of the rectangle intake sump was conducted by CFD under inlet conditions with bias angles. Comparisons between the inlet conditions with bias angles and without bias angles showed that the flow patterns were below standard under the inlet conditions with bias angles.
