| 摘 要： | ＂寓将于学＂政策是新桂系以＂建设广西,复兴中国＂为目标的＂三自＂、＂三寓＂政策的重要组成部分,主要目的是为了解决扩军中所需要的中下级干部问题。其实施使广西各级学校俨然成了一座大兵营,既增强了桂系的军事力量,也对提高青年学生的爱国抗日热情和养成各级建设人才起到一定作用,但不能否认对革命事业发展和学生学业也带来某些负面影响。

| Abstract: | Training the Miliary Official in Schools policy is an important part of the Three Autonomy and Three Trainings concept of Guangxi Clique,which aim to construct Guangxi,and rebuild China.The policy targets to resolve the shortage of middle and low class military officials in the process of arm expension.The implementation of the policy made all schools in Guangxi turned out to be the military training camps.This not only reinforced the military power of Guangxi Clique but also increased young students anti-J... |
