| 摘 要： | 经济法安全价值是指经济法使国民经济运行整体上免受或抵御外部和内部经济风险的威胁和破坏,保持独立、均衡、可持续状态的有用性,它在经济法价值的排序中居于首要地位,具有保障经济主权安全、宏观经济安全、经济发展安全的功能。完善产业安全、资源安全、经济信息安全、经济增长安全的法制建设,是我国实现经济法安全价值功能的具体路径。
