| 摘 要： | 目的:研究散花紫金牛对小鼠的抗炎、镇痛作用.方法:用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法和小鼠棉球肉芽肿的方法来研究散花紫金牛的抗炎作用;采用小鼠热板法和醋酸致小鼠扭体法试验来研究散花紫金牛的镇痛作用.结果:散花紫金牛能减轻耳廓肿胀度,降低肉芽肿棉球块重量;提高小鼠的痛阈值,减少小鼠扭体次数;明显抑制了二甲苯所致小鼠急性耳廓肿、小鼠棉球肉芽肿及热板、冰醋酸所致小鼠疼痛.结论:散花紫金牛对小鼠具有明显的抗炎和镇痛作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: This paper studies the effects of Ardisia conspersa E.Walker on anti-inflammatory and analgesic in mice.Methods: Through the way of Xylene lead mice to ear swelling and cotton ball granuloma in mice to study the anti-inflammatory effect of Ardisia conspersa E.Walker.Through the way of mice on hot plate and acetic acid lead mouse to writhing to study the analgesic effect of Ardisia conspersa E.Walker.Result: Ardisia conspersa E.Walker can reduce ear swelling,reduce the weight of cotton ball granul... |
