In2S3纳米晶自组装微球的无模板水热法制备及其光催化性能研究

摘    要:以氧化铟、盐酸和硫脲为原料,采用简单、无模板的水热法于140℃、160℃恒温24 h分别得到In2S3纳米自组装成的不同形貌微米球。产物通过X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其结构和形貌进行表征.XRD结果表明:两种产物均为纯相立方晶相的In2S3.SEM结果表明:于140℃、恒温24 h得到In2S3纳米粒自组装微球,微球直径约3~4μm.纳米粒大小约20 nm;于160℃恒温24 h也得到In2S3纳米粒自组装形成的微球,微球大小约2.5~10μm,纳米粒大小20~200 nm.以亚甲基蓝-乙醇溶液为模型污染物,考察In2S3在紫外灯照射下的光催化性能.

Abstract:The In2S3 micro-spheres were prepared via the hydrothermal reaction of In2S3 with aqueous HCl and Thiourea heated at 140℃ and 160 ℃,respectively,for 24 h.The structure and luminescence properties of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the In2S3 microspheres with the diameters of 3~4 μm via the hydrothermal reaction 140℃ for 24 h are constructed from 2-dimensional In2S3 nano-particle with the cubic structure and the size of about 20 nm.And the other In2S3 microspheres with the diameters of 2.5~10 μm via the hydrothermal reaction at 160 ℃ for 24 h are constructed from In2S3 nano-particle with the cubic structure and the size of 20 ~ 300 nm.Take ethanol solution of methylene blue as the model pollutant,the photocatalytic properties of In2S3 micro-spheres were also investigated.
