摘    要:系统介绍了拉曼光谱在TiO2结构表征中的应用及相关原理.作为其他表征手段(XRD、FTIR、TG/DTA等)的互补,拉曼光谱不仅能够判断TiO2中的晶相结构(金红石和锐钛矿)及其结晶度和相变过程,而且有利于阐述各种因素(粒子尺寸、热处理和离子掺杂等)对TiO2光吸收强度和吸收范围、光生电子和空穴的分离、反应物分子吸附等的影响,同时也能够较好解释各种形态(纳米颗粒、薄膜、纳米管等)TiO2的不同光催化性能.

Abstract:This paper introduces systematically the application and relative principles of Raman spectroscopy in the structural characterization of the TiO2 -based photocatalysts. As an important complement for other characterization technologies, such as XRD, FTIR and TG/DTA etc. , the Baman spectroscopy could determine the crystalline phases of the TiO2, the crystallization degree and the phase change process. Meanwhile, it is also very useful in elucidating the effects of various factors, such as the particle size, the heating treatment and the ion -doping etc. , on both the strength and the wavelength region of light absorbance, the separation between the photoelectrons and photohules, as well as the adsorption of reactant molecules by the TiO2 -based photocatalysts. Furthermore, it could also satisfactorily account for the different catalytic behaviors of the TiO2 -based photocatalysts with various morphologies, including the TiO2 -based photoeatalysts in the forms of nanoparticles, thin films, nanotubes etc.
