摘    要:针对生产栽培中侧柏普遍存在的枯梢现象,测定并分析了越冬时期侧柏叶片内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量变化.结果表明:1)侧柏叶内活性氧的保护酶体系主要途径是SOD-CAT;2)自然状态下侧柏叶MDA含量均比套袋保护的高,其膜脂过氧化作用较大.由此可知:在自然降温条件下,活性氧代谢失调是侧柏枯梢的重要因素之一,其枯梢与体内能否维持较高的抗氧化酶活性有密切关系.西北方向的侧柏枝梢叶片受害现象严重,建议在侧柏的生产栽培中西北方向架设风障.

Abstract:The experiment focused on dried-shoot of Platycladus orientalis,MDA content and activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) were measured and analyzed in its leaves under naturally decreasing temperature.The results showed:1)SOD-CAT was the main way of defensive enzyme system in Platycladus orientalis.2)MDA content in out-bagging-leaves was much higher than that in bagging-leaves,it indicated that membrane lipid peroxidation in out-bagging-leaves was much more serious.Conclusio...
