摘    要:利用分析力学方法建立了外圈有波纹度的球轴承振动模型,并求出了响应。分析了当轴存在不平衡度时对轴承的频谱特性的影响,指出了随着不平衡度的增加,轴承振动产生了新的频率分量。数值仿真结果与其他文献中的实验结论一致。

Abstract:This paper presents a vibration model of bearing with outer race waviness and deduces the response of bearing by applying the method of analysis mechanics. The effect of the shaft imbalance on bearing frequency spectrum is analyzed. The vibration of bearing results in new frequency with the increase of shaft imbalance. The simulation results are very close to those derived from the experiments, as described in other papers.
