小麦蛋白质和赖氨酸含量的遗传分析

摘    要:通过七个亲本的双列杂交,分析了普通小麦籽粒蛋白质和赖氨酸含量的杂种优势、配合力和遗传方差成份,结果表明:蛋白质和赖氨酸单株产量表现明显的正向优势和超亲优势;蛋白质和赖氨酸百分比变异较大,主要表现负向优势;一般配合力和特殊配合力方差均高度显著,非加性基因作用包含显性与超显性,以及比较明显的非等位互作。对上述结果的遗传学和育种意义进行了讨论。

Abstract:The heterosis, the combining ability and the components of geneticc variance of grain protein and lysine content were estimated by using a set of diallel crosses involved 7 common wheat curtivars and lines. The resuits indicated that there exisred significant Positive and super-parental vigour for protein and lysine yield but negative vigour for protein and lysine percentage; both the variance of general and scpfcie combining ability were highly significant; there clearly existed non-additive genetic variance for most oharacters which inciuded non-allelic interactions as well as dominance and over-dominance gene effects.
