摘    要:针对云层遮挡影响光学卫星成像质量的问题,以新一代敏捷卫星任务规划问题为背景,对云层信息进行建模,提出了一种云层遮挡时间窗口计算方法,通过引入预判和二分法推进计算环节来提高遮挡窗口的求解效率。根据任务约束条件建立了考虑云层信息的敏捷卫星任务规划模型,并利用蚁群算法进行寻优计算。具体设计了状态转移规则、任务安排规则和信息素更新规则。通过10个不同规模的情景案例进行仿真对比分析,仿真结果验证了云层模型和提出的处理方法在敏捷卫星任务规划问题上的有效性。

Abstract:Based on the problem that the cloud cover has an influence on the optical satellite imaging quality and mission planning of the new generation of agile observing satellites, the cloud information is modeled and a method of calculating the cloud-obscuring time window is proposed. By the process of pre-judge and dichotomy, the efficiency of calculating the cloud-obscuring time window is enhanced. The agile satellite mission planning model with the consideration of cloud information is established. An algorithm based on the ant colony algorithm is proposed to solve the problem. The specific design includes the state transition rules, the mission scheduling rules and the pheromone updating rules. The comparison results of 10 experiments of different scales illustrate the effectiveness of the model and the processing method in terms of the agile satellite mission planning problem.
