浅论中国西部农业走可持续发展道路的对策

我国是一个农业大国，农业经济是国民经济的基础，在国民经济的快速全面发展中，农业经济起到了重要作用。当前，我国农业在发展的过程中还存在资源利用粗放、环境严重污染、人才过度增长等不少问题。特别是西部地区土地质量、气候条件及抗灾能力差；生态环境脆弱，灾害频繁，基础设施建设严重滞后，农民收入低下，人口素质差。要改变这种现状，只有在宏观政策的指导下，采用全新的农业发展思路和模式，走农业可持续发展的道路，才能使西部农业有新的突破和发展。

Tackling the Problem of the Sustainable Development of Agriculture in Western China

China is a large agricultural country, and agricultural economy is a foundation of, thus plays a crucial role in the national economy. But at present, there are many problems existing in the agricultural development in China such as the extensive utilization of resources, seriously - polluted environment, and ever - increasing talents etc. And these problems are especially serious in western region of China because of the poor sail, bad climate condition, frequent natural disasters, fragile ecological environment and poor infrastructure construction there. So it is proposed in the paper that only, under the guidance of macroscopical policy, to take the road of sustainable devel- opment by adopting new ideas and developing patterns, will the agriculture in western China make a new breakthrough and a entirely new development.
