个性化教师培训的反思及策略

摘    要:本文依据个性化教师培训的内涵,分析了我国教师培训工作存在的问题,即培训理念缺失"个性化"、培训过程缺失"主体性"、培训组织缺失"民主性"、培训内容缺失"针对性"、培训形式缺失"选择性",提出了重点从转变培训理念、更新培训内容、改革培训方法、丰富培训形式四个方面推进个性化教师培训。

Abstract:On the basis of the connotation of personalized teacher training, this paper analyzes some problems existed in the teacher training in our nation, including the absence of individualiza- tion in the philosophy, subjectivity in the process, democracy in the organization, pertinency in content, and selectivity in the form, and presents the strategy of personalized teacher training from the following four aspects: transforming training philosophy, updating training content, reforming training method, and enriching training forms.
