论党外代表人士的教育培训——以广西H市为例

党外代表人士是我国参政议政的重要参与者,是国家人才队伍的重要组成部分,更是中国社会主义现代化建设的重要力量。党外代表人士的教育培训是提升党外代表人士参政议政能力,以及保证统一战线巩固和发展的基础性工作。加强党外代表人士的教育培训,对促进多党合作和政治协商制度进一步发展,实现党内外思想上"同心同德"、目标上"同心同向"、行动上"同心同行",以及强化党外代表人士队伍建设具有重要意义。为此,需要推进党外代表人士的教育培训体制机制改革;加强师资队伍建设;实行教学方式改革,提升教学质量。

On the Education and Training of Representatives outside the Party --A Case study of H City in Guangxi Province

Representatives outside the Party are not only the important participants in our political affairs, but an important part of the national talents as well. More importantly, it is a vital force in the socialist modernization of China. To provide the education and trainings to those representatives is to enhance the ability of participation and consultation of those representatives in politics, and is also the foundation to ensure the consolidation and development of the United Front work inside and outside the party. It is indispensible to for people of the Party and beyond to move in the same direction and for the same aim whole-heartedly. Therefore, it is required to promote the educational training system reform for the representatives outside the Party, reinforce the faculty construction, and to innovate its teaching methodology so as to enhance the teaching quality.
