| 摘 要： | 耗散结构理论作为非平衡系统的自组织理论,为继续教育的有序发展提供了全新视野。传统固态模式下存在诸多弊端的继续教育,必然会向新的有序化方向发展。文章以耗散结构理论为研究依据,结合继续教育发展的无序现状,对继续教育系统的开放性进行着重分析研究,揭示了运用耗散结构理论研究继续教育发展问题的必然性与可行性,并试图建立继续教育有序化发展的新模式。

| Abstract: | As the theory of self-organization of unbalanced system, the Dissipative Structure Theory has offered a new prospective for analyzing the orderly development of continue education. As there are several disadvantages in the traditional continue education, it is necessary that the old style must be replaced by the new one. Based on this theory, this article, which combined with the disorder status of continue education and focused on the openness of the whole continue education system, elaborates the necessity and feasibility to use the dissipative structure theory to study the de- velopment of continue education, as well as tries to establish a new model for the orderly develop- ment of continue education. |
