On Practical Strategies for Resources Integration in Leaming Society Construction

Integrate social and learning resources become the critical issue to support lifelong learning. Based on the system theory, the strategic focuses of the resource integration in learning society are comprehensively developing and rationally allocating the dominant and im- plicit education and learning resources under the government＇s overall guidance and coordination. Implementing the guiding ideology on resources integration should carry out the principles of peo- ple-orientedness, sustainability, flexibility, openness and etc. Nevertheless, the strategy of resource integration should stress on the government＇s coordination role, construct digital learning platforms and learning resource databases, develop community education resources, rely on sharing a variety of learning organizations＇ resources, make full use of public cultural services, thereby build all-dimensional resource network to facilitate lifelong learning beneficial to the whole society.
