远程教育导学教师的职能分析

远程教育导学教师不同于课程辅导教师,其职能主要体现在"导学"上,即引导和指导远程学习者适应新的学习环境,主动地、独立地开展自主学习和个别化学习,具体包括:帮助远程学习者确立专业思想,指导远程学习者制定学习计划,提供网络学习信息支持服务,疏通远程学习者思想、心理障碍等方面。导学教师只有全面了解远程学习者,掌握远程学习支持服务理论及技能,熟悉远程学习管理制度,采取针对性、多样化导学方法,才能充分发挥导学职能,促进远程学习者投入学习。

Analysis on the Tutors＇ Function in Distance Education
