远程教育导学教师的职能分析

摘    要:远程教育导学教师不同于课程辅导教师,其职能主要体现在"导学"上,即引导和指导远程学习者适应新的学习环境,主动地、独立地开展自主学习和个别化学习,具体包括:帮助远程学习者确立专业思想,指导远程学习者制定学习计划,提供网络学习信息支持服务,疏通远程学习者思想、心理障碍等方面。导学教师只有全面了解远程学习者,掌握远程学习支持服务理论及技能,熟悉远程学习管理制度,采取针对性、多样化导学方法,才能充分发挥导学职能,促进远程学习者投入学习。

Abstract:Different from in-classroom tutors, guidance is the major function of distance education tutors. Distance learners can smoothly adapt to the new learning environment, carry out their individualized learning actively with tutors' guidance, which includes establishing distance learners' professional thinking, making learning plans, offering information support services on network ed- ucation, counseling their psychological problems, etc. Only after comprehensively understanding their learners, mastering theories and skills of distance tutoring, as well as learning management system, can distance education tutors fully play functional role in promoting distance learners' learning with varieties of guidance methods.
