水溶性小金纳米簇SEC分离条件的建立

摘    要:提出以纯水为流动相,在不外加任何辅助剂的条件下,用尺寸排阻色谱法(SEC)分离巯基丁二酸(MSA)单层包裹的粒径约1~5 nm的水溶性小金纳米簇.建立了其稳定的色谱条件.环境友好,操作简单,重现性好.

Abstract:Using pure water as a mobile phase without any additional adjuvant,it was established that stable chromatography conditions separated water-soluble small gold nanoclusters capped by 2-mercaptosuccinic acid (MSA) monolayer in the size range of 1~5 nm by size exclusion chromatography (SEC).It was environment-friendly and easy to operate.The reproducibility was good.
