| 摘 要： | 目前我国每年的基建投资多达一千多亿元,如何管好用好这些基建投资,使之最大限度地发挥投资效益,是摆在每个建设者面前的严竣课题。根据多年基本建设管理的经验,我们认为加强经济活动的系统管理和动态管理是提高基建投资效益的关键。

| Abstract: | More than 100 billion yuan is invested for the complementary establishing pro-
jects every year, How to manage this great sum of money ane make it effective to the maximum,is a big problem to be dealt with. According to the experiences in doing this for many years ,we think the key is to set up the systematic and flexible mechanism in investment and management. |
