| 摘 要： | 自2006年东莞提出"双转型"战略以来,东莞家族企业的转型升级已经轰轰烈烈地进行了六年。从转型的实践来看,家族式管理不足、内部产权分配不明晰、治理结构不完善等问题制约着东莞家族企业的自身发展。因此,东莞家族企业需要通过制度创新来进行新的路径选择,加强企业自身能力建设,以制度创新来获取企业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Since the ＂Double transition＂ strategy was proposed in 2006, the family enterprises of Dongguan have been stir-ring up to transform for six years. Some problems in some family enterprises restrict their development. Therefore, The choice of new styles and institutional innovation can strengthen the family enterprise and obtain sustainable development. |
