| 摘 要： | 社会资本对中小企业融资行为的影响在理论上已有较多探讨,但相关实证研究却比较少见。文章通过对相关理论的梳理,构建适当的计量模型对这一问题进行实证分析,以更好地促使中小企业培育和运用社会资本,以解决自身的融资问题。

| Abstract: | The impacts of Social capital on the financial action of the small and medium-sized enterprise has discussed much more, but there is limited demonstration. This paper, through the analysis of related theories, constructs proper econometric model to make empirical analysis, accelerating enterprise implantation and using social capital, so as to solve their financial situation. |
