硼镍共掺杂TiO2光催化剂的制备及对孔雀石绿的降解性能

摘    要:以硼酸、硝酸镍、钛酸四丁酯为原料,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纯TiO2和不同比例B,Ni共掺杂的TiO2的光催化剂样品.用紫外-可见分光光度仪进行了表征,从UV-vis图可知,经过掺杂的TiO2光催化剂的吸收边向可见光方向移动,可见光催化活性提高.以孔雀石绿为底物,在不同条件下研究样品的光催化性能.结果表明,掺杂比例为B∶Ni=1∶2,催化剂用量为0.15 g,pH=9,温度为30℃时对孔雀石绿的脱色效果较好.

Abstract:With boric acid,nickel nitrate,four butyl titanate as raw materials,pure TiO2 and different proportion of B,Ni co-doped TiO2 photocatalysis were prepared by sol-gel method.The samples were characterized by UV-vis spectrophotometer.UV-vis spectra shows that the absorption edge of B,Ni co-doped TiO2 shifts to long wavelength,beneficial for the increase of visible light catalytic activity.Using malachite green as substrate under different conditions,the degradation performance of samples was studied.The result...
