| 摘 要： | 农村社会救助体系建设是社会主义新农村建设的关键环节,从灾害救助、最低生活保障、五保供养、特困户定期定量救济、临时救济措施、扶贫政策和医疗救助等视角分别对农村社会救助体系内容的现状进行剖析,可以解读出其成就与存在的不足,为破解农村社会救助体系建设存在的难题提供些许可行思路。
