| 摘 要： | 基于博弈论视角,利用相关博弈理论,分析市场经济条件下,企业社会责任相关利益方在一次博弈行为、重复博弈行为中的策略选择,通过构建一般博弈模型,分析博弈参与方的支付矩阵,力图揭示出企业社会责任相关利益方产生"囚徒困境"的行为动机,进而提出相应的解决对策.基于博弈分析,从政府部门和企业自身角度提出了加强我国企业社会责任体系建设的合理建议.
