| 摘 要： | 高校推行学分制既是推进高等教育大众化进程的外在要求,也是深化高校内部管理体制改革的强烈呼唤。当前我国的学分制改革面临着教育资源供给不足、选课体系不够健全、学制失去应有弹性、教学管理工作滞后等方面的困境,其改革应着力于课程、导师、制度等方面的建设。
